Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Home Manager in the overall operation of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Providing leadership and support to the care team, ensuring that all residents receive person-centered care tailored to their individual needs.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans, regularly reviewing and updating them as necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, while promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Supporting the Home Manager in staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Participating in the on-call rota as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with an active NMC PIN.
• Proven experience in a senior clinical role within a care home setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines within the care sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
