Overview

Compass Associates is delighted to be collaborating with one of the UK\'s leading providers of Private Mental Health and Wellbeing services to headhunt for a Deputy Hospital Director for their brand-new Transitional Eating Disorder Clinics, which will open in November but will not accept patients until early Winter and will be based in West Sussex. This service will serve as a bridge between CAMHS and Adult Eating Disorders, and it will be available to Young Adults aged 18 to 25. Before the service opens, the successful applicant will be expected to support the Hospital Director in creating the service and developing a strong culture among the MDT.

The Deputy Hospital Director position is critical to the success of both existing and new services. You will assist the development and provision of a high quality and personalised pathway of care for our service user group, reporting directly to the Hospital Director. You will help to define the transdisciplinary approach and guarantee that consistent practises serve as the foundation for the therapeutic program\'s delivery. In the absence of the Hospital Director, you will step up and guide the MDT on clinical and operational requirements.

Location

This clinic is located in West Sussex and offers outstanding transportation links across Hampshire and surrounding areas with easy reach from the A3. Offering easy commutable access from Crawley, Guilford, Woking, Basingstoke, Portsmouth, and Southampton.

Criteria

\xe2\x80\x93 RMN/RNLD qualified
\xe2\x80\x93 Desirable experience working within an Eating Disorder service
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Ward Manager as a minimum requirement
\xe2\x80\x93 Extensive understanding of the Care Quality Commission standards and transforming care
\xe2\x80\x93 Exceptional communicator, team player, empathetic and excellent people skills

Salary and Benefits

As the Deputy Hospital Director, you will be entitled to a salary of up to \xc2\xa355,000 (DOE), flexibility on this for the right candidate. There is also an industry leading benefit package that includes:
