Working Hours:

Full Time 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

Starting Salary:

34,748 per annum, rising to 37,473 after 6 month probation

Location:

Sale Road Norwich - travel required to other sites and external venues
?You will be required to travel to other locations where necessary. Due to the nature of the role, a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential. Business insurance is also required. Mileage is reimbursed at 45p per mile for cars, after deducting the mileage between your home and work base.

The Role


?

As the Deputy IPS Service Manager you will support the effective day-to-day delivery of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service within Norfolk and Waveney Mind. This role assists in leading the IPS teams (Routes, Onwards and Connect to Work), ensuring high-quality employment services for people accessing the services.

?You will work closely with the Service Manager, Team Leaders, clinical teams, and external partners to maintain a high standard of operational delivery, monitor outcomes, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

?We are looking for someone who is supportive, empathetic, and an excellent communicator with strong listening skills. You will be a proactive and motivating leader who thrives on helping others succeed, both your team and the clients they support into employment.

?You will have experience in providing line management, coaching, and supervision, and be confident in setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting your team to meet their targets. With a strong commitment to learning and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through regular coaching, reflective practice, and the sharing of best practice.
