We're Hiring! Deputy Manager - Preschool & After School Club
(Term Time Only | 33 Hours per Week | Between 8.30am - 6pm | Start ASAP)

We're looking for a

Deputy Manager

to join our friendly, welcoming preschool and after school club. This exciting role is mainly

office-based

, but with plenty of time spent in the rooms, getting to know the children and supporting staff.

Your role will include:

Supporting the Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting Handling admin and office duties to keep things running smoothly Leading and motivating staff, with time spent in rooms as needed Helping plan engaging activities and ensuring high-quality care and learning Building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community

What we're looking for:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) Room leading, leadership experience & Sendco experience(preferred) Organised, proactive, and approachable Someone who enjoys both hands-on work with children and office-based responsibilities A team player who wants to make a positive difference every day
