Job Title:

Deputy Manager - Children and Young People

Location:

Bacup

Hourly Rate:

Up to 16 per hour (33,280 per annum) + excellent overtime rate (5 extra per hour)

Car Allowance:

Up to 2,000 per year

Number of Sleeps Required:

Included in rota - approx. 4 per month

Pay Per Sleep:

64

Total Take Home:

Up to 38,400 per annum

Children's Residential Home

Service Users:

Young People with EBD

Qualifications Required:

Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year as a Senior Support Worker in a children's residential setting

Be a strong role model with excellent leadership and communication skills Demonstrate a genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people Possess the ability to build trusting relationships with both staff and children Be flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays
