Summary
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team at Happy Orkids Ltd. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring that we deliver outstanding care and education while fostering a positive environment for both children and staff.
Responsibilities
Assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
Support the implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of each child.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the nursery.
Foster positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and external stakeholders.
Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
Contribute to the development of individual care plans for children in our care.
Help maintain a welcoming and engaging environment for children and families.
Requirements
Proven experience in a childcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and staff.
Knowledge of early years education frameworks and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
