You will have:
A
minimum of 1 year's experience
in a leadership or supervisory role within an early years setting
A
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
(essential)
Strong knowledge of safeguarding
and child protection procedures (essential)
A solid understanding of
child development
and how to support babies and toddlers in reaching key
developmental milestones
Confidence in communicating
with parents and carers, building positive and trusting partnerships with families
A warm, nurturing approach with a commitment to
individualised care
Experience or knowledge of supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
(desirable)
