Full-time | Set shifts between (9:30am-6:00pm) and (7:00am-3:30pm), Monday to Friday

Lots for Tots Childcare is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Manager to help lead our brand-new nursery setting. This is a unique opportunity to join from the very beginning and help shape something truly special.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a vital leadership role, working closely with the Nursery Manager to support the daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure our setting delivers outstanding care and learning experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery Leading and motivating a team of practitioners across all age groups Overseeing daily operations, routines and staff schedules Ensuring full compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards Acting as a role model and supporting ongoing staff development Building strong, professional relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone with drive, warmth and a strong commitment to early years education.

You'll need to have:

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) A solid understanding of EYFS and experience applying it in practice Confidence in managing a team and leading by example A professional, proactive approach with a genuine passion for working with young children
