Responsible for the day to day running of the after school club, supervising a small team of staff, organising creative play opportunities for primary school aged children and deputising in the absence of the club manager.
Admin duties include maintaining accurate records including updating registers, completing accident/incident reports as necessary. You will also be responsible for the weekly shopping.
Applicant must have CACHE Level 3 in Playwork or suitable equivalent. Applicants who hold a CCLD Level 3 (Children's Care learning and Development) will be considered on the understanding they complete the Transition to Playwork within the first 3 months.
DBS Enhanced Disclosure will be required.
2 years experience
Current Safeguarding Certificate, Paediatric First Aid essential, Food Hygiene level 2- desirable or training to be undertaken within first 6 months.
Hours - 16.5 Mon-Fri, Term Time only. Core hours 3-6p.m
