What You'll Do
Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
Lead, mentor, and inspire care teams to deliver person-centred care
Oversee care planning, staff supervision, and quality standards
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Promote a positive, inclusive, and caring culture
What We're Looking For
Experience in a residential or dementia care home (
essential
)
Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards)
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
A "never say never" attitude and a passion for learning
Commitment to putting residents and staff first
Enhanced DBS and satisfactory references
