Pay & Hours:

16.34 per hour 37.5 hours per week Working to a rota covering 7 days per week.

The Role:

As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with our experienced Registered Manager to maintain high-quality services for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and supporting staff to ensure excellent care delivery Managing staffing levels and overseeing schedules to meet the needs of the home. Contributing to audits and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and CQC requirements. Providing personal care and supernumerary support when needed

About You:

To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone who has:

Prior experience at Team Leader or Senior Support Worker level. A good understanding of medication handling. Competent IT skills. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification) is especially advantageous.

Successful candidates will need to obtain an Enhanced DBS Certificate and have the legal right to work in the UK.
