Lilleybrook Care Home is a purpose-built, 60-bed nursing facility where our passion lies in care and support. We provide residential, palliative, nursing, and dementia care for our residents, and are committed to helping them lead active lives and remain engaged within the community.
What We Expect
Working closely with each resident, you'll assess and respond to their individual needs by delivering personalised care plans that support a fuller life. You'll ensure the highest standards of clinical care, with every procedure carried out meticulously to optimise each resident's wellbeing.
You'll treat each person in your care as an individual and collaborate with the wider team to create an environment that reflects skilled nursing, clear communication, and genuine respect and dignity for all. While on the floor, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of your shift--including handovers, medication administration, team supervision, and accurate completion of all relevant records.
Experience in a similar role and environment is essential, as is the ability to work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
What You Can Bring
We're currently looking for a non-clinical deputy. However, previous care experience and an NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification are preferred. You should be committed to further learning and development, and have strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide the wider team.
You'll be able to prioritise tasks and delegate effectively to deliver outstanding care. Most importantly, you'll bring a heartfelt passion for providing the highest standards to every individual in your care.
