Job Description

Our client is a leading early years organisation committed to exceptional childcare and development. You will be joining as Deputy Manager to help launch and manage our client"s new nursery. Flexible four or five-day week.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a culture of reflection and quality.
• Support staff recruitment and retention.
• Ensure consistent policy implementation.
• Build strong partnerships with parents.
• Develop and nurture the staff team.
• Collaborate with senior management to uphold high standards.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Management experience in nursery
• NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• BA (Hons) or EYP advantageous.
• Relevant supervisory experience.
