Job Title: Deputy Manager - (Children's Home)
Location: Oldham
Salary: 16 - 18 per hour
Hours: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to oversee the launch and ongoing operation of our Children's Homes in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation from the beginning, shaping high-quality residential care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.
Lead, motivate and supervise the staff team
Support staff development through supervise training
Assist with care planning, risk assessments and behaviour strategies.
Take responsibility for the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
Work in partnership with professionals and families
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Minimum Level 3 diploma in Residential childcare (or Equivalent)
Working towards or willing to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
Significant experience in children's residential setting
Full UK driving license (preferred)
