Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Support
Contract: Permanent
Salary: 16/ Hour
Location: Liverpool
Schedule: Monday to Friday
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated
Deputy Manager
to join a children's residential home in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or existing Deputy Manager to step into a leadership roleAs a Deputy Manager, you will:
Support the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children. Lead, mentor, and support a small team of residential support workers, promoting best practices and a child-centered approach.
Shift Pattern
Monday - Friday 9-5
Benefits

Experience:
Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting. Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment is desirable.
Qualifications:
Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
