Deputy Manager

to bring their knowledge, experience, and leadership skills to our established therapeutic children's home in

Sutton Coldfield

As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in embedding therapeutic practice across the home, supporting staff to build strong, trusting relationships with young people, and ensuring consistent, high-quality care. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, lead by example, and help shape the future of the service.

Requirements

To take the next step, you must:

Hold a

full manual UK driving licence

Hold a

Level 3 or 4 qualification

in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) Have

at least 2 years' experience

working in children's residential homes Be

resilient, motivated, and positive

, with the ability to embrace challenges Have an

open-minded approach

to working within a therapeutic environment
