Our homes provide safe, consistent and therapeutic environments based upon a

approach. Our staff teams are considerably experienced and possess nationally accredited qualifications.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager to work in our homes, assisting the Registered Manager in the day to day management and development of the home, and take a lead role in operational areas of the service, deputising for the Manager in their absence. We do have a few vacancies around the company for this role. The role is 9am till 5pm - Monday to Friday. May include shifts if needed.
Experience of direct work with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties is essential. Qualifications required are NVQ/Diploma Level 3/4 in Children and Young People, this is essential, Level 5 Diploma would be an advantage, any relevant professional management qualifications. Minimum of three years Residential Childcare experience of which at least one must be in a supervisory role.
Post holders will be required to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week including some evenings, nights and weekends on a rota basis.
