Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring the well-being and development of the children in our care. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children
- Provide guidance and support to nursery staff, including training and supervision
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, enrollment, and other necessary documentation
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and nurturing environment for children
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership abilities with the drive to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in English language (additional language skills are a plus)
- Valid certifications in early childhood education or related field (e.g., Child Development Associate)
- A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
