We are looking for a Deputy Manager, to work along side our Head Deputy Manager and Manager.

Contracts Available:
40 hours per week, We are looking for someone who can work either 4 Full Days Monday-Friday.

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
Level 3 qualification in childcare (Level 4 or above is preferred, but will consider with experience)
Experience:
Significant experience in a nursery or early years setting, with leadership and management responsibilities
Passion:
A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and fostering the development of both children and staff
Skills:
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Dedication:
A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding
DBS:
Clear DBS And preferably already on the update service, but this is not a must, we can do this within the company.
As a Deputy Manager, You Will:
Be responsible for the running of the nursery alongside the Head Deputy Manager and Manager.
Lead and motivate a team of early years practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education
Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs
Assist in managing nursery resources, including staffing, equipment, and budgets
Ensure that the nursery operates in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, creating a welcoming and nurturing environment
Work with management team to ensure everything is running correctly.
