```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in a care home, assisted living, or home care setting
- Strong knowledge and experience in dementia care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and supervise a team
- Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans
- Hold a level 3 or above diploma in Adult Social Care
