We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced
Nurse Deputy Manager
to join our care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse with leadership experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting the Home Manager in day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in all aspects of care home management Provide strong clinical leadership and oversee the nursing team Ensure compliance with all CQC standards and regulations Monitor care delivery and ensure individualised care plans are followed Mentor, coach, and support junior staff
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse
(RGN/RMN) - Essential Previous experience as aDeputy Home Manager
Good working knowledge ofCQC standards
and governance Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred careBenefits:
