support the staff within the rooms and be leader of the 2 year room to support there development.
support management with daily task to be prepared for ofsted
work alongside early years professionals
have experience with sen children and challenging children.
experience with birth to 5 matters
safeguarding knowledge and dealing with safeguarding issues
good team player and good communication skills
