Main duties of the job 
 As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing and residential care. You will collaborate with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary teams to maintain excellent standards, promote engaging initiatives, and support the professional development of your colleagues. What we require from you: 
 Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care 
 Experience of working within health care sector 
 Management / Leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable)
