We are seeking an experienced
Nurse Deputy Manager
to provide leadership within our nursing care team. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting staff development.Key Responsibilities
Support the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations and care delivery. Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and care policies. Handle administrative duties and office tasks related to care management. Step in for shifts as required to maintain resident care standards.
Requirements
Qualified
RGN or RMN
. Minimum of2 years' experience
in nursing care leadership. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Flexible approach to occasional shift work if needed.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26.25 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
