to support the Home Manager in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care. You will provide clinical leadership to the care and nursing teams, ensuring residents receive person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
In the absence of the Home Manager, you will oversee clinical governance and the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring care delivery meets CQC requirements and company policies. Your role includes mentoring and supervising nurses and care staff, conducting clinical audits, reviewing and updating care plans, overseeing medication management, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Skills and Attributes:
Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
Ability to engage with residents to understand their needs and provide excellent care.
Knowledge of safeguarding adults and referral pathways.
Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staff.
Ability to involve residents and families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs.
Education and Qualifications:
NMC registered nurse with relevant experience - essential.
