Deputy Manager

What You'll Do
Run the home day to day
- oversee operations and make sure everything runs smoothly
Lead by example
- set high standards for care, safeguarding, and team performance
Support your team
- mentor and coach staff so they grow and succeed
Drive change
- bring fresh ideas and implement care plans that truly help young people
Own the admin
- manage risk assessments, reports, and communication with outside professionals
What We Need from You
NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People, and Families or equivalent (Level 3 may be considered with strong experience)
At least
2 years' experience
in a senior or management role in a children's residential setting
Proven ability to lead and develop a team
Strong decision making, calm under pressure, and committed to best practice in care
A
full UK driving licence
and access to a personal vehicle
Must have the
right to work in the UK
