Location: SP2 8JN
Hours: 30-40 per week (mainly office hours, some shift work if required)
Pay: 26.25 per hour

is looking for a dedicated and skilledNurse Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN)
to join our team atHarnham Croft Care Home
. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting staff in a warm and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager with day-to-day operations of the care home. Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams. Ensure the highest standards of resident care, safety, and wellbeing. Assist with audits, care planning, and compliance with regulations. Mentor and support junior staff, promoting professional development. Work mainly office hours, with occasional shift cover as needed.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC registration. Minimum 2 years' experience in nursing care leadership (essential). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
