Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Godfrey Care. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our mission by overseeing the delivery of care services, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to thrive in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care facility. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet residents' needs. Supervise staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained. Monitor medication administration and ensure compliance with health regulations. Conduct regular assessments of residents' progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Foster a positive, engaging environment that promotes independence and self-esteem among residents. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Experience working within Autism & Challenging behaviours: 3 years (preferred) Deputy Manager: 1 year (preferred) Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within a learning disabilities environment A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice A good understanding of commercial principles and practices
