14.60 - 15.70 plus an additional 3000 - 6000 pa for sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month)

What do you need?

A minimum of 3 years' experience working within Childrens residential care. NVQ Level 4 in Management or Young People or above Related knowledge of OFSted legislation and safeguarding procedures. Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic. A strong people manager with a hands on approach. Experience of budgets and rota's. Full driving licence is essential. You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins
