You care & we care support services is seeking a full-time Deputy Manager to oversee the daily operations of a community hub centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals in the social care field. The Deputy Manager will work closely with the owner and other members of the team to ensure that the facility is running smoothly and that all policies, procedures, and goals are met. This position will also be responsible for assisting with the management of staff, which includes training new staff on facility policies and procedures and providing assistance to existing staff in training new staff.
You will be the main support within our hub and support with the 1-1 community side, you will also be working as part hands on support with the director of the company as we are one team .
Essential Functions:
Ensure that all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and guidelines are being followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub and ensure the delivery of high-quality care services in line with CQC standards and company policies.
Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care professionals to achieve exceptional levels of care and resident satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with people we support, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure a person-centred approach to care delivery.
Take responsibility for recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a competent and compassionate workforce.
Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are utilised effectively while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
Level 3/4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience within a care home setting.
A proven track record of delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
