Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Nurse Deputy Manager

to join our team in a nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will have an active NMC registration, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in care home management. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to residents while supporting and developing the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the management and day-to-day running of the nursing home. Engage with service users to understand their needs and ensure excellent care delivery. Support the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies. Participate in care planning, risk assessments, and maintaining accurate records. Foster a positive and professional working environment.

Requirements

Active NMC registration with no restrictions. Current experience as a Deputy Home Manager in a nursing home. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong ability to engage with residents and staff effectively.
