Copelands is BCM's flagship Care Home, providing practice-leading care for older people, including those living with dementia. The Care Home Manager is responsible for the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care in accordance with the values of BCM whilst also ensuring financial viability.
Your new role
This role will also provide support to the Care Home Manager in all aspects of managing the home. The Deputy Manager is critical to the continued success of the home, working across all aspects of care. The Deputy Manager is expected to be visible presence within the Care Home providing hands on support for the Care Home Manager and wider staffing team. In absence of the Home Manager, the Deputy Manager is the key point of contact for staff. The Deputy Manager will also be expected, from time to time, to assist the Home Manager with unexpected visits and inspections of the Home.

What we need from you
Essential
A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, including at least 2 years within a relevant care setting
??????1 years management experience
RGN qualified with active UK PIN Number.
Full Driving Licence and access to car for business use OR can demonstrate mobility to carry out the functions of the job.
