An exciting opportunity, for an experienced room leader to further their career by taking the step up to deputy manager, has arisen within our friendly dedicated team at Annabel's Nursery. We are an independent 28 place 'rated Good' Day Nursery which aims for every child to feel loved, valued and celebrated for the unique person they are.
As Annabel's Deputy Manager you will;
Be part of a friendly supportive Team.
Flexible shifts between 8am to 6pm
Uniform provided
Annual wage reviews
Be in charge of the nursery in the managers absence.
Be a key holder.
Demonstrate good practice and follow Annabel's policies and procedures also ensuring nursery staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties.
Supervise and lead staff in maintaining a clean, safe, organized and enabling nursery environment.
Deliver a high standard of learning , development and care for the children.
Develop partnerships with parents/ carers to increase their child's development.
As an ideal candidate for Annabel's Deputy Manager you will;
Hold a minimum level 3 early years qualification.
Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS and child development.
Have a passion for early education and the ability to plan for children's development.
Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a nursery practitioner.
Work well as a Team Member.
Annabel's is committed to safeguarding our children. An Enhanced DBS and clear understanding of safeguarding requirements for early years is essential.
