14 to 16 per hour depending on experience

Working hours: 30-40hrs per week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Southmead, Bristol, at the well-established The Bluebell Nursery. We have a 'Good' OFSTED rating and are now looking for a Deputy Manager to help oversee our busy day-to-day operations and maintain our rating.

The Deputy Nursery Manager will need to have knowledge and experience of:

upholding nursery working practices;

childcare procedures and policies;

We are, therefore, looking for a passionate and ambitious Deputy Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.

The successful Deputy Nursery Manager will have:

at least 2 years' experience in a nursery environment; 3 years' day nursery experience; Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare; Curriculum knowledge specifically working with children from EYFS; Strong safeguarding and EYFS knowledge; Passion!
