Summary



The Deputy Manager at Happy Days Nursery in Hardengreen is a vital leadership role dedicated to maintaining our standards of excellence in childcare. You will support the management team in delivering exceptional services that align with our mission to nurture and educate young children. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact within our vibrant community.

Responsibilities



Lead daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and safety. Support the Manager in implementing educational programs and activities. Supervise staff, promote teamwork, and foster professional development. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Engage with parents and guardians to ensure excellent communication. Assist in managing budgets, resources, and administrative tasks. Contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for children and staff.

Qualifications



Proven experience in nursery or early childhood education settings. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children, and parents. Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education. Valid driving license is preferred but not essential. Passion for child development and creating a positive learning environment.
