About the Role

We're seeking a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our welcoming nursery in Putney, opposite Wandsworth Park. This role is mainly room-based with occasional office duties--perfect for a strong Room Leader ready to step up into a management position. You'll help lead the team, ensure high standards of care, and create inspiring learning experiences for children.

Responsibilities

Support and lead the nursery team alongside the Manager Ensure compliance with EYFS and all regulatory standards Foster strong relationships with parents and staff Maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment

About You

Level 3+ Early Years qualification Previous leadership experience in childcare Strong EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND knowledge Confident team motivator and communicator Eligible to work in the UK
