What You'll Bring:

Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (full and relevant) Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices Proven leadership experience in a nursery setting Excellent communication, organisation, and team-building skills Ability to inspire and support others Paediatric First Aid (desirable -- training available if needed)
What You'll Be Doing:

Partnering with the Nursery Manager to drive continuous improvement Leading the Pre-school Room while fulfilling Deputy Manager duties Supporting and mentoring a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care Ensuring EYFS and Ofsted standards are consistently met Shaping a curriculum that meets the needs of every child Building strong, trusting relationships with families Overseeing weekly planning and engaging activities Creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment
