Your Day-to-Day (No Two Days Are the Same!)

Support the Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the nursery Step confidently into leadership when the Manager is off-site Inspire, coach, and motivate a fantastic team of early years educators Be hands-on with the children -- because that's the best part! Champion outstanding EYFS practice and safeguarding Build strong, friendly relationships with parents and carers Support staff development through mentoring, supervisions, and training Help create an environment where children andstaff love to be
Who We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ a bonus!) Experience as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or Deputy Manager A natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge Someone organised, reliable, and calm when things get busy A big heart for early years and a love of helping others grow
