Responsibilities:



- Oversee daily operations at the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Implement early childhood education curriculum that promote learning and development.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring and guiding nursery staff members.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for administrative tasks and record-keeping.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of childcare services.

Person specification:

A full and relevant childcare Level 3 or above qualification Minimum 2 years experience of working in a senior role Sound working knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted legislation and regulation, Birth to Five Well-versed in dealing with Safeguarding related concerns that might arise Excellent communicational, interpersonal and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
Interview Process steps:

The position is an immediate start, working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm.
