Support the Practice Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the practice. Support financial processes, including payroll, invoicing and budget monitoring. Assist with HR processes. Assume responsibility for facilities management Help maintain compliance with CQC, NHS and other statutory and contractual obligations.
Contribute to service improvement, patient engagement and practice development projects. Assist with policies, audits and preparation for inspections. Deputise for the Practice Manager in their absence, with a view to transitioning into the Practice Manager role.
