Job Description

Support the Lead PWP in all aspects of leading the Step 2 team, with a particular focus on line management of Senior PWPs. Provide clinical and case management supervision, ensuring a high standard of care and adherence to national TT protocols. Maintain operational oversight of Step 2 service delivery including performance, waiting times, and clinical recovery rates. Deliver a personal caseload of low-intensity CBT treatments as appropriate.

Contribute to service-wide initiatives including service evaluation, staff wellbeing, and quality improvement projects. Represent the Step 2 team at internal and external meetings and deputise for the Lead PWP as needed.
