Salary:

31,000 - 33,000 per year + mileage reimbursement

Regional Support Deputy Manager

As a Regional Support Deputy Manager, you will travel between our sites, offering leadership and operational support wherever it's needed. You'll step in for Deputy Managers, assist with daily running of nurseries, and help drive continuous improvement across the group.

Every day will be different -- but each one will make a difference to children, families, and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day nursery operations in the absence of senior staff Support Nursery Managers in maintaining high standards of care, education, and safeguarding Motivate and inspire teams across multiple sites Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues Assist with staff training, appraisals, and professional development Adapt quickly to different settings, providing calm and confident leadership

What We're Looking For

An experienced Deputy Manager, or a strong Room Leader ready to progress Flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated by a varied role Minimum

Level 3 Early Years qualification

(Level 5 desirable) Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and early years best practice Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel across East Midlands required)
