We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NVQ level 5 Deputy Manager to join our team in providing high-quality care within our assisted living environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, with experience in supervising staff and administering medication. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible support and care tailored to their individual needs, particularly those with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance on best practices in medication administration and resident care.
Develop and implement personalised care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
Foster a positive environment for both residents and staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
