As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional service, uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety, and lead a passionate team. Key Responsibilities
Champion Guest Experience:
Ensure every visitor enjoys a warm welcome and outstanding service that keeps them coming back.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth, efficient service and impeccable standards.
Food Quality & Presentation:
Monitor preparation and presentation to maintain consistency and freshness across all dishes.
Team Leadership:
Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, inspiring your team to excel.
Compliance & Safety:
Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
Stock & Inventory Control:
Manage ordering and stock levels to minimise waste and optimise efficiency.
Hands-On Support:
Step in to assist with food service or guest interaction when needed, leading by example.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance menus, processes, and overall customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Previous barista or bar service experience is a bonus but not essential.
