Part time or up to Full time hours available to right candidate.

We are well known for our unique retail offer alongside our well supported award winning Beauty Salon, in a beautiful South Devon market town This is a fantastic and diverse mix of a working environment that combines retail sales and taking and creating beauty bookings There is even the potential, if already trained, to provide beauty treatments or makeovers with in store and salon events! This enables the right candidate to maintain and grow all their skill sets, or even acquire new ones!

It is an ideal role for a candidate wishing to to step up and progress into management training or build on existing training and experience to support the Management Team with the efficient day to day running of the store

We offer a diverse and unique quality range of retail beauty brands to include,Guinot, Tisserand and well being ranges, alongside quality fashion,footwear and accessories, in our quaint and popular boutique Alongside our retail offer, we provide a first class range of Beauty Services and Well Being Treatments in our two spacious treatment rooms with our own expert salon team. You will need retail experience and a strong passion for customer services, in fashion retail and/ or beauty sales. A sharp eye for detail is essential. Training in product knowledge for our skin care and cosmetic brands will be provided, along with skin care and makeover training when required.

KEY REQUIREMENTS



Solid retail experience ideally within the skin care, beauty, makeup or fashion sector. Friendly, polite, professional, reliable, enthusiastic & positive attitude Excellent customer services along with strong sales conversion and customer retention skills A flexible committed approach, to support the efficient running of the store, helping to deliver on the business goals and objectives Creative thinker and positive can do solution finding mindset You will enjoy developing independently and as part of a small team ,helping maintain a professional yet friendly working environment Ability to work to consistent high standards and work to both set Targets and Goals

CPD, TRAINING & PROGRESSION



Training in diary management, and our treatment menu ,so you can take bookings, manage a diary and work with the salon promotions and targets. Structured in house training program with the opportunity for further training and development in house and with our Partnering Brands
