We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Deputy Room Leader
to join our nursery team. The successful candidate will support the Room Leader in managing the room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.Key Responsibilities
Assist the Room Leader in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities. Support children's emotional, social, and educational development. Supervise and guide junior staff within the room. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred). Level 3 qualification in childcare. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Passion for early years education and child development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 15.00-16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 41 per week
