We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Deputy Room Leader
to join our nursery team. The successful candidate will support the Room Leader in managing a room of children aged 2 to 3 years, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment.Key Responsibilities
Assist the Room Leader in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities. Support and supervise children aged 2 to 3 years, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Help monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and management. Mentor and support junior staff within the room. Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
Requirements
Senior experience
working with children aged 2 to 3 years old
.Level 3
qualification in childcare. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Passion for early years education and child development.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00 per year
