We are looking for an experienced
Deputy Room Leader
to support the Room Leader in managing a nursery room for children aged 2-3 years. The ideal candidate will havesenior experience working with this age group
and hold aLevel 3 qualification
in childcare or early years education.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Room Leader in leading and managing the room and staff. Plan and implement engaging activities for children aged 2-3 years. Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education. Senior experience working with children aged 2-3 years. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Caring, enthusiastic, and committed to early years development
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00 per year
