We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Level 3 Deputy Room Leader
to join our nursery team. This full-time role is ideal for a professional withat least 2 years' experience
in early years settings, passionate about supporting children's learning and assisting in the leadership of a room.Key Responsibilities
Support the Room Leader in the daily running of the room Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities Observe, assess, and record children's development and progress Supervise and support nursery staff to maintain high standards of care Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Build strong relationships with parents and carers Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience
in an early years setting Leadership, organisational, and communication skills Caring, reliable, and proactive approachJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 29,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
