This is a great opportunity to either begin or enhance your career in Security Management. The role requires a strong individual who takes pride in achieving ambitious standards and maintaining a prominent level of professionalism and great attention to detail. The role will consist of multiple elements including a corporate environment and the Film and TV industry. The role is a flexible position and needs a dedicated individual to fulfil the requirements to the site.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to the Senior Security Manager in the delivery of services across the estates.
Provide day-to-day management of the Security Operations team.
Ensure the delivery of site security and enforcement of site access policies, ensuring efficient access procedures are adhered to by all vehicles entering site by way of deliveries, contractors, or emergency services in a professional manner. Performing and policing the role in line with company policies and procedures in relation to health & safety, customer service standards.
Ensure all staff are compliant with the site's assignment Instructions and risk assessments.
Provide first line response to all incidents in relation to fire, security, and health & safety matters onsite.
To provide quotations and additional services to the client on short and long notice requests.
To ensure all contractual hours are fulfilled and prescheduled with fully trained security officers with the use of a rostering software.
Be part of an on-call rota operating across our clients' estates.
Skills/ Experience:
Previous experience working in a security supervisory/management role.
Excellent communication skills written and oral.
Excellent IT skills with the ability to work competently in multiple system applications.
Excellent personnel management and client facing skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
Professional demeanor, with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements:
You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment and address history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).
Licence Requirements:
You must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate and/or Fire Marshal is desirable.
Full UK Drivers Licence required.

Passport or Full Birth Certificate;
Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months;
Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
